Withdrawal Options

You've won some cash and want to make a withdrawal. Slots Hall prefers to use the same method for withdrawals that you use for your deposits. If that's not ideal, email customer support to see if you can have it switched. The casino may agree to switch the method used to cash out your winnings, but they are not obligated to.

You can cash out any amount you wish, but the casino will only pay $10,000 per month. If you've won a lot of money, they will pay your withdrawal request in amounts of $10,000 each month until the full amount requested has been paid.

When you do request a withdrawal, you must have submitted a photocopy of your government-issued photo ID, a current utility bill that verifies your address, a credit card authorization form, and a photocopy of both sides of your credit card. If the casino does not have that paperwork on file, your withdrawal will be held until Slots Hall has received them.
